Global warming is affecting beer?

I’ve been known to enjoy a beer or two around the holidays, so this is near and dear to my heart.

Apparently the rising air temperatures in Czech Republic are lowering the quality of Saaz hops, used in pilsner beers.

We’ve got to do something!

hello!
